Accessibility Statement
Last updated: October 10, 2026
EP Apps wants everyone to be able to use ep-apps.com, including people with disabilities and people who use assistive technology. This statement describes what we have done, what is still imperfect, and how to reach us.
Our goal
We aim to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA, and the Israeli Standard 5568 that is based on them. We have not had the site certified by an external auditor, so we describe it as our goal and not as a guarantee.
What we do
- Pages use semantic HTML: one main heading per page, ordered headings, landmarks, lists and buttons that are real buttons.
- Everything can be used with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline.
- Text has strong color contrast, and the site follows your light or dark system setting.
- The layout adapts to phones and tablets, and text can be enlarged with the browser without breaking the page.
- Images that carry meaning have text alternatives. Decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
- Pages declare their language and, for Hebrew and Arabic, their right-to-left direction.
- The Sudoku board, solver and print pages work with a keyboard, and puzzle diagrams are accompanied by text explanations.
Accessibility toolbar
On every page you will find a small blue accessibility button on the left edge. It lets you increase or decrease text size, switch to high contrast, highlight links, use a more readable font and stop animations. Your choices are saved only in your browser. The toolbar is in English.
The toolbar helps, but it does not replace your own browser and operating system settings, which usually offer more options.
Known limitations
- The Google Play badge and some app screenshots are images supplied by Google or captured from the apps. We add text alternatives, but the screenshots themselves are not fully readable by screen readers.
- Some game boards, such as Sudoku and the noise generator, are interactive tools and may be harder to use with some assistive technologies. We keep improving them.
- Articles are translated into several languages. We work to keep translations clear, but wording can differ between languages.
- The cookie banner and toolbar are in English only.
Contact us
If you meet a barrier on the site, cannot use a feature, or need information in another format, please write to us at [email protected]. Please include the page address, what you were trying to do, and the device and assistive technology you use, if you can. We aim to answer within 14 days and to fix the problem as soon as we reasonably can.
Our apps
This statement covers the website. For accessibility of our Android apps, you can also use the accessibility features built into Android, such as TalkBack, font size and display size, and contact us with feedback at the same address.
