Privacy policy

EP Apps develops Sudoku: Pure Logic Puzzles. Questions and privacy requests: [email protected].

Your puzzles stay on your device

No account or sign-in is required. Your board, notes, preferences, statistics and cached Premium entitlement are stored locally. We do not upload puzzle contents. Clearing app data or uninstalling removes local progress; Android or Google may restore data according to your device backup settings.

Advertising and consent

The free version uses Google AdMob for a small, muted banner beneath the game controls. Premium removes it. There are no full-screen, rewarded or app-open ads. Google may process your advertising and app identifiers, IP address (including approximate location derived from it), device details, ad interactions and diagnostics to deliver ads, prevent fraud and measure performance. No device location permission is requested.

Google's User Messaging Platform requests consent where required, including the EEA, UK and Switzerland. We request ads only when UMP permits them. You can reopen Ad privacy choices in Settings where available. Refusing consent does not block puzzles, notes or hints. Google privacy policy.

Google Analytics for Firebase

Usage analytics is disabled until the consent flow permits collection. It uses app interactions and identifiers to measure usage and stability. Our events record puzzle starts and completions, hints, theme choices and new Premium purchases. They contain categories and counts, not puzzle grids or free-form text. Analytics retention follows the Google Analytics property's configured retention period. Withdraw consent through Ad privacy choices where offered.

Firebase Crashlytics

Crash reporting helps us keep the app reliable, based on our legitimate interest in diagnosing failures. Reports may contain stack traces, app and operating-system versions, device information and installation identifiers. Google retains crash information and associated identifiers for 90 days before beginning removal from live and backup systems. There is no in-app crash-reporting switch. Uninstalling stops future app reports; it does not immediately erase earlier reports. Firebase privacy information.

Google Play purchases

Google Play handles payment. We receive purchase status and purchase identifiers needed to unlock, acknowledge and restore Premium. We do not receive your card details or share purchase history for advertising. A local entitlement cache lets a previous purchase work offline.

Permissions

Internet and network-state access support ads, consent, diagnostics and Play purchases. Advertising ID access supports AdMob; Google Play Billing supports the one-time product. No notification, location, contacts, camera, microphone or shared-storage access is requested.

Children

This app is intended for adults aged 18 and older and is not designed for children. We do not knowingly seek children's personal information.

This website and contacting us

This page loads its font locally and does not use analytics cookies or localStorage. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, may process request information such as IP addresses for delivery and security. The EP Apps homepage uses Google Fonts, which involves requests to Google. If you email support, we use your message and address to respond.

Your rights and international processing

Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion or restriction, object to processing, withdraw consent, or complain to your local supervisory authority. Contact [email protected]. Google and Cloudflare may process data internationally subject to their applicable safeguards. Changes to this policy will be reflected on this page.
