Privacy policy
EP Apps develops Mahjong Solitaire: Calm Tiles. Questions and privacy requests: [email protected].
Your games stay on your device
No account or sign-in is required. The game in progress, your statistics, best results, settings and a cached Premium entitlement are stored only on your device. We have no server for this data and never receive it. Clearing app data or uninstalling removes it; Android or Google may restore data according to your device backup settings. The app does not sync progress to other devices.
Advertising and consent
The free version uses Google AdMob for one small, muted banner under the game controls. Premium removes it. There are no full-screen, video, rewarded or app-open ads. To show ads, Google may process your advertising ID, IP address (including the approximate location derived from it), device details, ad interactions and diagnostics to deliver ads, prevent fraud and measure performance. The app does not request location access.
Google's User Messaging Platform asks for consent where required, including the EEA, UK and Switzerland. The app requests ads only when consent allows it. You can reopen Ad privacy choices in Settings where available. Refusing consent does not block any part of the game. Google privacy policy.
Google Analytics for Firebase
Usage analytics stay off until the consent flow permits them. When allowed, the app records events such as starting a game, winning a game, choosing a layout, choosing a theme and buying Premium, with the layout or theme name and counts such as moves and hints. It also receives standard information such as app version, Android version, device model, country and a random app-instance identifier. It never records the tiles on your board or free text. Retention follows the Google Analytics property setting. You can withdraw consent through Ad privacy choices where offered.
Firebase Crashlytics
Crash reporting helps us keep the app reliable, based on our legitimate interest in fixing failures. A report may contain stack traces, app and Android versions, device information and a random installation identifier. Google keeps crash information and the associated identifiers for 90 days before it begins removing them from live and backup systems. There is no in-app switch for crash reports; uninstalling the app stops future reports but does not immediately erase earlier ones. Firebase privacy information.
Google Play purchases
Premium is a one-time purchase through Google Play. Google handles payment, and we never see your card details. We receive the purchase status and identifiers needed to unlock, acknowledge and restore Premium. A local cache keeps a purchase working without a connection.
Permissions
Internet and network state access support ads, consent, diagnostics and Play purchases. The advertising ID permission supports AdMob and Google Play Billing supports the one-time purchase. The app does not request notification, location, contacts, camera, microphone or storage access.
Children
This app is intended for adults aged 18 and older and is not designed for children. We do not knowingly collect children's personal information.
This website and contacting us
These pages load their font from our own server and do not use cookies, analytics or local storage. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, may process request information such as IP addresses for delivery and security. The EP Apps home page uses Google Fonts, which involves requests to Google. If you email support, we use your message and address to reply.
Your rights and international processing
Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion or restriction, object to processing, withdraw consent, or complain to your local data protection authority. Contact [email protected]. Google and Cloudflare may process data in other countries under their own safeguards. Changes to this policy will appear on this page.
