These terms cover Mahjong Solitaire: Calm Tiles, provided by EP Apps for adults aged 18 and older. Contact: [email protected].

The game

Classic Mahjong Solitaire with 12 layouts and 3 themes is available without payment. Undo, hints and shuffle have no usage limit. Deals are generated by our own software from a winning sequence. A deal starts out solvable, but a later choice can lead to a position without moves, and hints do not promise otherwise unless the app says so. You may use the app for personal entertainment and must not misuse it or distribute it as your own work. The app has no gambling, no prizes and no real-money rewards.

Premium

Premium is one non-consumable purchase, not a subscription. It removes the banner and unlocks layouts 13 to 40, themes 4 to 12 and the daily deal archive. Google Play shows the local price before you buy and handles payments, refunds and purchase terms. Restore purchase uses the same Google account that bought the product. A purchase already made stays active on your device when the store cannot be reached.

Saved progress

The app stores games and statistics on your device only. Clearing app data or uninstalling may remove them. We do not offer a cloud account or backup service, and progress does not move to a new phone through the app.

Ownership and licenses

EP Apps owns its original code, tile artwork, layouts, themes and sounds. The Nunito and Noto Serif TC fonts are bundled under the SIL Open Font License 1.1. Font and software licenses are listed in Settings, Licenses.

Availability and changes

We may release updates and fix defects. The app is provided as available; we cannot promise that it will run on every device or be free of errors. These terms do not limit consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. We are responsible to the extent that applicable consumer law requires.

Privacy

Our privacy policy describes local storage, advertising consent, Google Analytics, crash reports and Play purchases.
