Printable Sudoku puzzles
Choose a level, how many puzzles per page and whether to include answers. Press print, or save as PDF from the print dialog.
Pick a level and number of puzzles, press New puzzles for a fresh set, and use Print. Each sheet has clear 9 by 9 grids, and the optional answers print on their own page. There is no limit on how many sets you can make.
How to print
- Choose Easy, Medium, Hard, Expert or Extreme.
- Choose 2, 4 or 6 puzzles per page. Two per page is easiest to write on.
- Tick Include answers if you want an answer sheet after the puzzles.
- Press Print or save as PDF. In the print dialog, choose Save as PDF as the printer to get a file.
Which level should I print?
Start at Easy if you are new. Medium and Hard are the sweet spot for most people. Expert and Extreme reward patience and a sharp pencil. The difficulty guide explains what each level needs.
Tips for paper solving
- Use a pencil and a good eraser, and write notes small in the corners of each cell.
- Start by scanning for hidden singles, digit by digit.
- Stuck? Enter the grid into the solver and use step by step to see the next technique.

Can I save the printable Sudoku as a PDF?
Yes. In your browser print dialog, choose Save as PDF instead of a printer.

As many as you want. Press New puzzles to draw another set from a large collection of verified puzzles.
