Short answer
Each UTC day has one 16 by 16 board with 40 mines. The mines are fixed by the date, and a safe starting area is already open, so every player begins from the same position. Open the board below and clear it as fast as you can.
How the daily board works
- The layout depends only on the UTC date, so it is the same for everyone and changes at midnight UTC.
- The board starts with an area already open, so there is no opening guess.
- Your best time for today is kept in your browser, and a new day starts fresh.
- New game restarts the same board if you want to try again.
Tips
- Read the numbers on the edge of the opened area first. They usually give the first safe cells.
- Flag as you go. Flags let you use chording to open several cells at once.
