Terms of Use
Summary
Snake is a free browser game from EP Apps. You can play it as often as you like for personal use.
How the game works
The game runs on your device, in your browser. There are no accounts, no online leaderboards and no purchases. Your best scores and speed choice are stored in your browser only, so they can be shown the next time you play.
Fair play
Food appears at a random empty cell. The game does not change its behavior depending on your score, and there is no way to win anything: it is a game for fun.
Not for gambling
The game has no real-money element of any kind.
No warranty
The game is provided as is. We aim for it to work correctly, but we cannot guarantee that it is free of errors or suitable for every device.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms and the game. Questions: [email protected].
